By purchasing any product from the P30Script website, the buyer implicitly agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Support

  • Support is only provided for non-free products and does not cover infrastructure issues, design, or training.
  • If any issues arise after making changes to the website, the buyer is responsible for resolving them.
  • If a product has a structural bug, the responsibility for fixing it lies with the external developer.
  • The support period for each product is 60 days from the purchase date. After that, support must be renewed through a new purchase.
  • Support does not cover plugins or modules installed by the user.
  • All P30Script products are licensed for use on only one domain. Using the product on additional domains requires a separate purchase.

2. Free Installation and Configuration

  • Free installation is only available for Linux-based hosting (cPanel, DirectAdmin) and is not supported for Windows hosting or local hosts.
  • Installation includes basic setup only and does not cover configuration or design.

3. Foreign Products and Localization

  • Many P30Script products are localized. Since the original licenses are purchased externally, updates and support are only provided through P30Script.
  • Educational products do not include free updates. If a new version is released, buyers must purchase it separately.

4. Refund Policy

  • Since P30Script products are digital downloads, refunds are not available unless determined otherwise by the support team.
  • Custom website support and related services provided specifically for a user are non-refundable.

5. License and Domain Changes

  • Each purchased product is licensed for use on one domain only. If the domain needs to be changed, a request must be submitted for approval.
  • If a product is found to be installed on multiple domains, the user account will be suspended.

6. Updates and Maintenance

  • Automatic updates are only enabled for one domain.
  • If a product is discontinued, P30Script will provide updates and support for 60 additional days.

7. Product Sales Discontinuation

  • P30Script reserves the right to stop selling any product at any time, usually for updating or restructuring purposes.

8. Privacy and Product Transfers

  • Account modifications and product transfers between accounts can only be done with the approval of the P30Script monitoring team.

9. Terms of Service

  • P30Script reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Buyers are responsible for checking updates on the website.

10. Website and Service Termination

  • If P30Script ceases operations, support and updates will be provided for up to 60 months after sales are discontinued.

Important Notes:

  • Linux Hosting: Installation is only available on Linux-based hosting (cPanel, DirectAdmin).
  • Support for Foreign Products: Bug fixes and issue resolution must be handled through external developers.
  • Single-Domain Usage: Each product can only be used on one domain.
  • Video Tutorials: P30Script provides video tutorials for most products.

General Rules:

  • P30Script only sells WordPress themes and plugins and does not have any access or control over the websites that use its products.
  • P30Script is not responsible for the content, security, or legal compliance of any website using its themes and plugins. All legal responsibility falls on the domain and hosting owner.
  • Demo information (such as names, phone numbers, and details) in templates and plugins is for demonstration purposes only. Buyers receive a package containing the demo content. If this information is not removed or mistakenly remains, P30Script holds no responsibility—it only provides the design package.
